Our website accepts payments via Sofortüberweisung. The provider of this service is Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany. Sofortüberweisung provides us with real-time payment confirmations, allowing us to begin fulfilling our end of our contract right away. If you opt to pay using Sofortüberweisung, you will be submitting a PIN and a valid TAN to Sofort GmbH so that it can access your online banking account. Sofort GmbH will automatically check your account balance and perform the transfer to our account using the TAN you supply. It then sends an immediate transaction confirmation. After logging in, your income, the overdraft protection, and the availability of other accounts and their balances will be checked. In addition to the PIN and TAN, the payment details you provide as well as personal information will be sent to Sofort GmbH. This personal information includes your name, address, telephone numbers, email address, IP address, and any other data required to process your payment. This data must be transferred to identify you securely and to prevent fraud. 6. Traffic data for Telecommunication Services
If Telecommunication Services are used, traffic data(data to provide the telecommunication service) are collected and used only for lawful purposes. The collection, processing and use of traffic data is in particular for the purpose of billing, for marketing and tailor-made telecommunications services or to provide services with an additional value, to detect and eliminate errors, to detect and prevent performance slowdowns and other unlawful use of the services offered and, if necessary, to fulfill statutory storage obligations. The use of traffic data takes place only in the scope prescribed or permitted by the TKG. The collected traffic data includes in particular the following data:

The traffic data will be deleted 6 months after the end of the connection, unless the data exceptionally have to be stored for clarification of disputes. If the customer has raised a dispute about charges, it is entitled to save the traffic data until the final clarification of the dispute.
7. ClouFON® App
During the installation of the ClouFON®
IM&Video App, you will be asked to provide us with your phone number to allow us access to your address book of your mobile device. A copy of the phone numbers and names in your address book will be stored on our servers and will only be used to:
- - Notify you when your contacts become active on ClouFON®
- - Indicate which of your contacts is already a ClouFON® user
- - Display the name of contact as it appears in your address book when a call is received
The copy of your address book (names and phones) is stored on a database. This database does not have any backup. If you delete the address book from our servers it will be deleted permanently.
Your phone number, (verified via a text message), will be used for identification purposes as your ClouFON® username.
